(1) Among the goods declared by the Secretary to be auctioned in the customs inspection report, among the goods that are old and unserviceable, broken and unusable and cannot be repaired, up to forty thousand rupees if the pearl value is revealed, and ten thousand rupees at the current price increase if the pearl value is not revealed. "Up to or both of fifty thousand rupees" goods, after taking the opinion of the head of the financial administration branch and the staff in charge of the warehouse, the secretary can auction by adopting the procedures of paragraph-10.
(2) In case of auctioning of goods worth more than the amount mentioned in sub-rule (1), it should be submitted to the municipality and done according to the decision.
